I just ordered 40 yard bin service here. Sam answered my questions quickly. The bin was delivered less than 48 hours requested.
Unfortunetly, it was raining badly during the week. The construction team was behind on thier plan. Sam generously extended 2 more days without charging extra fee. I like the service and will order again for my next job !!!

I am currently remodeling my house and had a lot of debris and old construction material to throw out. The dumpster was delivered and it was the right size. Also the driver was kind enough to put the dumpster way inside into my driveway. They were professional and kind on the phone with me. They picked up the dumpster and it was very heavy and driver was able to maneuver and pick up the dumpster without any problems. I needed another one and I ordered it from them again. On the second Dumpster delivery they were also kind enough to give me a few extra days. Thank you and I will order again from you.

I would highly recommend Zippy Dumpster. This was my first time ordering a dumpster for my house. Lily was very helpful and answered my question. I filled out inquiry online late at night and I was able to get response back from her the following morning. Lily was on the top of schedule and texting me and communicating with me to confirm drop/pick up time and it arrived on time and the driver was very nice, making sure the positioning of dumpster meet our requests. I believe the price was very reasonable compared to other companies around this area based on the reviews I found online. It is so nice to remove so much old household junks as we reach end of the year! We would definitely call Zippy Dumpster again for our next project.

We have used Zippy Dumpster a couple of times and we have had a great experience each time. First, every person who answers the phone is always friendly and professional. They never make you feel like you’re bothering them with any questions you have. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other companies we called and there are no weird hidden fees. The price they quoted us is the price we paid each time. There was 1 other company I called with similar prices, but the professionalism of this company when I called made me feel much more comfortable going with them. Definitely made the right choice. Will use them again in the future.

I couldn’t be happier I chose Zippy for my dumpster rental. From the moment I called, Lily was super kind and helpful. I had never rented a dumpster before but Lily helped me with everything. She even sent me pictures of the different sizes I was contemplating to help me make a better decision. I was able to get a dumpster delivered to my house super fast. The delivery took less than 5 minutes, the guys put the dumpster exactly where I needed it, were on time and super friendly as well. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Typically, we require 24-48 notice to fulfill your delivery on the desired day.
In some circumstances, we may be able to accommodate same-day delivery.
How long is the rental period?
Rentals are for a standard 7 day period. Additional days/weeks or early removal arrangements are available upon request.
What items are not allowed in the dumpster?
Prohibited items include hazardous waste, liquid waste, paint (dry cans only), scrap tires, equipment with gas/oil/freon, biohazard/medical waste, asbestos/PCBs, and electronic waste.
Do I need a permit for my dumpster?
Typically, you will not need a permit to place the dumpster on your driveway or on a public street.
However, regulations for cities can vary on whether and where dumpsters can be placed and if permits are required. Please contact us or your local municipal office for guidance!
Do I need to be home for my delivery or pickup?
Unless access is required (e.g., a locked gate), you do not need to be present.
How high can I load my dumpster?
Dumpsters should be loaded level with the sides. Any excess trash may be removed before pickup or left for the customer to level off.
How does the cost to rent a dumpster compare to junk removal service?
Junk removal services are typically more expensive because of the labor costs involved with hauling items away.
